Thank you for using HireScope AI. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds for paid subscription plans.
1. Refund Eligibility
We do not offer a blanket refund guarantee. However, if you believe a refund is warranted, you may submit a refund request by email. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
All paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days in a billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@hire-scope.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge in question
- Repeated refund requests (e.g., subscribing and requesting refunds multiple times)
6. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan.
