What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 10+ fully functional tools: experience stats, skill classification, quick match scoring, profile summary, 3 AI evaluations per day, 50 saved candidates, 10 custom tags, 3 job positions, 7-day history, and profile export. No credit card required and no trial expiry.
What does upgrading give me?
Paid plans unlock higher AI evaluation volume (200+/month on Starter), cloud-synced candidate storage (500+ candidates), pipeline management (Kanban board), side-by-side candidate comparison, document export (PDF & Word), more tags, more jobs, and longer history. Upgrade when you outgrow the free limits.
What counts as an evaluation?
Each time you run a full AI evaluation of a LinkedIn candidate against a job position, that counts as one evaluation. Quick match, experience stats, and skill classification are free and never count against your evaluation limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. We currently offer monthly billing only. Annual billing is on our roadmap.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and select regional payment methods through our payment processor.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The free plan itself serves as an unlimited trial — you can use it indefinitely with 3 AI evaluations per day and all free tools. When you are ready for more, upgrade to a paid plan. If you need a refund after upgrading, contact us at support@hire-scope.com and we will review your request.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
If you downgrade to a plan with a shorter history retention period, older evaluations beyond the new plan's limit will be removed at the start of the next billing cycle.
